• helping obtain a medical visa to visit New Zealand
• flights from your country to New Zealand
• airport pick-up and drop-off
• consultation with the appropriate specialist
• pre-operation accommodation
• booking into a hospital for the operation
• accommodation for post-operative recuperation
• arrangements for aftercare while you are in New Zealand
• flights home from New Zealand
• emergency insurance coverage for any unexpected serious adverse event arising from the surgery that means prolonged hospitalization and/or a medical flight back to your country
• travel insurance if required
